Freddie Toomer

Freddie is the founder of Invest8 Ltd. Having moved in Hong Kong in 2012, he has a wealth of experience working with overseas property investors, especially in the Central London Market. Previous to establishing his own ventures in 2017, Freddie was the sale director at a boutique underwriting company and also has family roots in one of the largest privately owned construction firms in Europe.

As the CEO of Invest8, his aim is simple, continuing to provide overseas investors with a trusted platform that delivers consistent results. Invest Eight has moulded a unique ecosystem of entities to provide solutions to asset management as well as a gateway to lucrative opportunities to invest.

He is a keen footballer playing in goal for The Hong Kong Football Club in the Hong Kong Premier League, and has also been a walk leader for Impacthk for 4 years in Wan Chai and Tin Hau.

Robbie Bacon

COO, Robbie has been involved in the Hong Kong and UK property through family businesses since the early 2000s. Legally trained with a LLB from the University of Bristol and Legal Practice Certificate from the College of Law, Robbie spent five years project managing the business and operational aspects of several of Hong Kong’s high profile international sporting events.

Robbie has also Chaired HKFC Soccer for several years managing the 2,000 playing stakeholders, sponsorship and organisational relationships. He joined Invest Eight at the start of 2021 bringing a passion for property and belief in the project’s growth value.

Matthew Barnard

Matthew is an experienced property investor and underwriter in both the Hong Kong and UK markets. He has navigated through several volatile periods in both markets advising other like-minded investors along the way.

Matthew is currently gaining his financial services licenses which will allow him to offer advice on mortgages and insurance. In addition to property investment, he is currently a senior examiner with the Civil Aviation Department and has extensive experience in training and communication management.
