Development Underwriters
We are currently targeting capital growth areas within zone 1-4 of London. We look for properties that are situated within convenient walking distance to public transport links into the city centre, and that lie within corporate tenant catchment areas.
We specifically select boutique developments from developers with reputable track records that are valued at between £3.5m and £25m, such as 18 month off-plan, high quality apartments.
General Partner
We provide opportunities in distressed real estate assets that we deliver exclusively to our investors. These properties are a minimum of 10% discounted against RICS valuations. They typically hold Anticipated Rental Yields of at least 5%.
We provide developer equity for exclusive high returning developments around the UK, with diversification options for our private investors within the wider UK property industry.
Buyers Agent
We provide a dedicated property search service to help you find your perfect investment property or family home in Central London. We do so by combining our wide network of reputable developers, agencies, and vendors with our independent approach.
We extend this service to our overseas buyers to allow them to gain exclusive, off-market deals at the best possible value.
Consultancy Services
We provide our clients with a thorough, detailed analysis of costs and negotiation fees of every type of building contract.
This encompasses one-on-one meetings with private landlords, sales and marketing advice for projects, and contractual dispute resolution. We also provide recovery and completion input for distressed or partially built projects where contractors have failed to finish the project.
Asset Management
Working with property investment funds, property owners, investment vehicles and institutions, we provide independent, impartial advice in relation to assets where value can be sought from alternative property sectors.
This could be changing the use of commercial premises into residences or re-developing a site into an alternative mixed use. We can provide an 'inception to delivery' process, acting for the landowner to ensure delivery returns are enhanced, the correct product for the individual marketplace is achieved, and, where required, ultimately delivered and sold.
